Not sure how many people are aware of this. It's not riveting stuff but it is amazing how you can link through people.
Go to http://www.livejournal.com/tools/sixdegrees.bml, enter your LJ nick & anyone else's & it will show you the path between them. The best way to test it is to use LJ's own random user search.
The tool works most of the time. Mad!!!
I had a go at it, and it's amazing! Over 50% of random name link to mine in three or four. Considering how many people are on LJ, it's astounding.
